| The journey to Pangkil
is fun and relaxing. The record for the time taken
from Singapore to the island stands at 2 hours 40
minutes. The trip time varies depending on the time of day,
size of group and choice of ferry company, but usually takes a little more than 3 hours.
The international ferries from Singapore to Tanjung Pinang (TP) take around 1 hour and 40 minutes. The ride on our bus from TP to Kijang is about half-an-hour and from Kijang to Pangkil takes between 30 and 45 minutes depending on which boat is used, tides and the weather. Add in about half-an-hour for customs, immigration, toilet stops etc.

Guests are responsible for getting themselves to
Bintan. We strongly recommend an arrival in Tanjung
Pinang as it shortens the end-to-end journey time.
