FERRY INFORMATION
Please insert the time(s) of departure in the 'at' field, and the name of the ferry company as well as the number of guests on that ferry, in the 'with' field:

Many groups have only one Departure and one Return. If your logistics are any more complicated than the options above, please email us.

INDIVIDUAL INFORMATION

We need the following information for each guest:

Surname, Given Name(s), Sex, Date of Birth, Nationality, Passport Number, Passport Expiry Date, Age, Place of Residence, Outbound Ferry (Time & Destination), Email Address, Dietary Requirements.

Note that:

• Your outbound ferry details are important at this stage but your inbound details will be sorted out with you on the island.
• Email addresses for all adults are optional, however if they are provided (for lost property, feedback forms and rare newsletters only) we will generally reward you with complimentary jugs of Sangria on the island!
• Allocation of the Driftwood Palaces can be done at this stage, or on the island.

We suggest that you compile this information in a separate text document (and save it) and then cut & paste all this information into the box below. If you're a big group, it migth be easier to email us a single, consolidated spreadsheet or table with all of the info. required instead.

FOOD AND DRINKS REQUESTS
Any food requests (other than individual dietary requirements which will have been captured above or in a spreadsheet)? Have you had a look at our drinks page which has pricing for soft-drinks, beer and spirits? Indicative price ranges for wine are also show. Our Operations Manager will send you the detailed wine price list inc. stock levels one week before your trip.

ACTIVITIES
All of the following can be sorted out on the island. In fact we strongly suggest you sit down with the Island Manager on the island and reiterate all of your requests. However it helps our planning if you could give us some advance warning:

Any celebrations? A complimentary cake needed (day, inscription)? Fireworks are generally available as S$100 or S$150 packages. Please ask the Island Manager to show you what sort of 'bang for your buck' you get.

Planning a fishing trip (day, approximate numbers)?

Planning a picnic on another island (day, approximate numbers, island)?

Any massages (days, approximate numbers)?

Massages are S$20 for 45 to 60 minutes and we generally need a minimum of six before we bring the masseuse(s) from Bintan.
