To many, this is the most important part of the trip! We have a well-stocked bar at the Main House and keep a large cooler with drinks at the pool. We operate on an honesty system. All drinks consumed over the stay are noted and a single, itemised invoice is presented to the group before departure and included in your bill. Its up to you to divi it up and nobble the heavy indulgers!

BOTTLED WATER
We use a trusted Indonesian brand of still, bottled water. It is complimentary.

TEA & COFFEE
Anytime, anywhere. It is also complimentary.

JUICES
We stock some of the basic juices (orange and apple) and sometimes others (pineapple, mango). These are available at breakfast without charge and throughout the day upon request at the kitchen.

SOFT DRINKS & MIXERS
We stock the usual canned drinks including diet colas, 100 Plus, tonic water and soda water. These are S$1.80 per can.

BEER
We have never been known to run out! Tiger and Bintang are S$3.00 per can. Heineken & Carlsberg are priced at S$3.50 per can.

WINE
We have a small wine fridge on the island. We do however keep most of our wines in our air-conditioned Bintan office, so our Operations staff will generally ask you which wines you prefer a week before your trip in order that they can be brought to the island. We aim to stock about six reds, six whites and three champagnes or sparkling wines. Please ask our Operations Manager for our wine list one week before your trip. If you ask for the list any earlier it may not reflect stock levels. Our red wines range from S$37 to S$52 per bottle and our whites S$41 to S$52.

SPIRITS & COCKTAILS
We have a blender on the island and a good selection of spirits, so knock yourself out. We charge S$4 per cm (in the bottle that is!)

CORKAGE
We charge S$15 for each bottle of wine and S$25 for each bottle of spirits brought to the island by guests. We do not allow beer to be brought to Pangkil.
